At Geni Gems, we take great care in packaging and shipping every gemstone. Each opal and gemstone is securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times for international orders:

7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
