Production time depends on the design, but most custom orders are completed within 2–4 weeks after the design is approved.

Changes may be possible before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, modifications may not be available or could incur additional charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

We accept returns for eligible items within our return period, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Can I return a custom or personalized order?

Unfortunately, custom-made and personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution if applicable.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, harsh chemicals, and chlorinated water. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes, but we recommend removing your jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, or doing household chores to help preserve its finish and longevity.
How do I clean my jewelry?

Gently clean your jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry thoroughly before storing.
